A bit delayed on my part but Happy International Women’s day to all the amazing women in my professional and person life. You are all intelligent, brave, resilient, extraordinary and most importantly MAGICAL.
As worded by one of my favourite poets Rupi Kaur, the greatest lesson a woman should learn is that since day one, she’s already had everything she needs within herself. It’s the world that convinced her she did not. We can only move forward when we recognise how resilient and striking the women around us are.
Can you believe that the World Economic Forum predicts that the gender gap won’t fully close until 2186. That is more than 150 years from now!! We can’t wait that long. By celebrating International Women’s Day, the day acts as a catalyst for driving change for women and closing the gender gap. By changing our perceptions, attitudes, being more open minded and active collaboration we can help women advance and unleash their infinite magic all over the globe!
